Terms and Conditions for Group Classes at Lobo Tennis
Payments
- Payment for classes is required before the start of each term. You may pay in cash or via invoice. Invoices will be sent one week before classes begin.
- Payment must be completed by the invoice due date.
Refund Policy
- No refunds will be given for non-attendance.
- In cases of valid medical reasons, a refund or credit may be offered at the discretion of Lobo Tennis. Medical certificates may be required.
Personal Information
- Lobo Tennis is committed to protecting your personal information. We handle all personal data in compliance with applicable privacy laws and will not share or distribute your information without consent.
Bad Weather Policy
- In the event of wet weather or if it is likely to be wet at the scheduled lesson time, Lobo Tennis reserves the right to cancel lessons. Lessons can be cancelled up to 20 minutes before the scheduled time. Sometimes, coaches will wait to ensure no mistakes are made.
- Students will be offered a make-up class on another day when a similar class is available, or a new lesson date will be scheduled.
Terms and Conditions for Private Tennis Lessons at Lobo Tennis
Booking and Payment
- All private and semi-private lessons must be booked in advance through our official channels (website, email, or phone).
- Payment for lessons must be made in cash or by monthly invoice.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson, notice must be given at least 8 hours before the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made less than 8 hours in advance will result in the full lesson charge.
- Lobo Tennis reserves the right to reschedule or cancel lessons due to coach availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the client will be offered a make-up lesson.
Lateness and No-Shows
- If a client is late to a lesson, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time, and no refund will be provided for the lost time.
- If a client does not show up for a lesson without prior notice, the lesson will be considered forfeited and charged in full.
Weather Policy
- In the event of rain or adverse weather conditions, Lobo Tennis will notify clients as soon as possible if the lesson needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.
- Cancelled lessons due to weather will be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Health and Safety
- Clients must inform the coach of any medical conditions or injuries prior to the lesson.
- Lobo Tennis is not responsible for any injuries sustained during lessons, except in cases of gross negligence by the coach.
Behaviour and Etiquette
- Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches and other players at all times.
- Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in the immediate termination of the lesson without a refund.
Equipment
- Clients are expected to bring appropriate tennis attire, including tennis shoes and a racquet. A tennis racquet can be borrowed at the club.
- Tennis balls and other necessary equipment will be provided by Lobo Tennis.
Photography and Media Consent
- Lobo Tennis may take photos or videos during lessons for marketing or promotional purposes. If a client does not wish to appear in any media, they must inform the coach in advance.
Liability
- Lobo Tennis and its coaches are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to property or persons during or as a result of the tennis lesson, except where required by law.
Changes to Terms
- Lobo Tennis reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
